Reference: Transfer Options
This check box indicates whether sub-directories of the specified path should be included in the From/To command, the Delete_Files command, or the Drag and Drop File Transfer actions.
Note: This option generates individual transfer requests for each sub-directory. When combined with the Show Modify Transfer List Properties Option on the Transfer Options page, these sub-directory transfers are made available for modification following a Drag and Drop action.
