Reference: Transfer Options
This check box controls the display of the Modify Transfer List Properties dialog following a Drag and Drop File Transfer.
Note: You can override the setting of this option by holding down the Ctrl key when performing a Drag and Drop action. If the option is checked, the Modify Transfer List Properties dialog will not appear. If the option is clear, it will appear.
