Reference: Dial-up Networking Properties
These buttons allow you to delete and move selected dial-up connection names. Beyond FTP processes the dial-up connections in the order they are listed. Moving the names allows you to specify which connections will be tried first. Deleting a name prevents it from being used by Beyond FTP.
