This button allows you to move the command form to a new location. Once clicked, the form is attached to your mouse pointer until you click again.
Note: This has no effect on the cursor position within the script. The command will still be inserted in the location selected before the dialog was engaged. It simply allows you to move the dialog out of the way if it is covering important information.
