FTP Server Administration Manage Banned IP Address

This dialog provides management of the banned list of IP addresses.  It operates in one of two modes: You can accept all addresses except those that are banned, or ban all addresses except those that are valid.  Addresses are entered in the banned list from this dialog or by selecting Ban IP Address on the Tools menu.
