Reference: Script Editor Context Menu
This menu item is enabled whenever you select text in the script edit window. The highlighted text is used to index the help files and display syntax information for the first command that matches some portion of the text. Double-clicking a command will highlight the entire command. The Command Help menu item will then display syntax information for that command.
