The Standard FTP Server uses system provided data ports for passive (PASV) connections. You may provide a specific range as follows:
1. Launch Beyond FTP if it is not already running.
2. Select the Tools menu and then Standard FTP Server Administration.
3. Enter your administrator user and password and click OK.
4. Select the Tools menu and then Options.
5. Modify the Data Port and Max Data Port fields to provide the range. Be sure this range does not interfere with other servers and is appropriately handled in your firewalls and routers
6. Click OK.
