Changing the Beyond FTP TCP/IP Port Number
The port number identifies connections as belonging to Beyond FTP. Beyond FTP Servers use this number both for calling and listening. You change this number as follows:
1.
Right click the system tray 
icon and
select Beyond FTP Console.
2.
Configure Beyond FTP by choosing the 
button on the toolbar.
3. Modify the TCP Service Port entry to specify the port number. Remember that permanent connections use the port that is one greater than this value.
4. Click OK to save the configuration.
