The Binary command is effective only for FTP transfers. It
disables ASCII transfers and returns Beyond FTP to normal operation. All
subsequent transfers are performed in binary mode unless overridden by the
FTP File Type information and the setting of the Auto ASCII check box in the
Address Book.
There is no command form associated with this command. It is simply inserted
directly into the script.
