This entry specifies the rights granted this user in administering the security database itself. The levels are:
None Locked out from even logging on.
View May view its own security settings.
Modify May view settings and change password.
Administrator May view and change anything.
Warning: Make sure you have an ‘Administrator’ user and that you know the password. There is NO back door. If you cannot administer your security files, you must remove ‘SecureDB.Tbl’ and start over, or restore a prior backup version that contains a known administrative user.
