Reference: New User
This is the list of groups to which the user belongs, or the list of users that belong to this group. Members are added from or removed to the available list. Membership in a group changes the access rights for the user.
Note: The rights granted to the group are combined with the rights of the user in a way that creates the most permissive access. If a group permits access to a resource and the user denies it, the result will be permitted access. If the user permits access and the group denies, the result will be permitted access.
