Reference: Mail Alert Program/File Menu
This selection uses a standard browsing dialog to select an existing parameter file for editing and testing. The parameter file saves all the information for a particular message. This includes addresses, connection identities, user information, etc.. These files are passed as parameters to the Alert command.
