This field captures the template information that will be applied to the raw data display to produce the formatted data display. You create the template by using the format keys and then directly editing the results.
There must be a one-to-one correspondence between the fields in the template and those in the raw listing. A field in the raw listing must be terminated by the same character that terminates the template field. In the example above, NAME is terminated by a semi-colon ‘;’ and DAY is terminated by a dash ‘-‘. Characters in the raw listing are gathered until the corresponding terminating character is encountered. The field is then processed or ignored. A blank can serve as a field terminator (see YEAR above), and blanks between fields are skipped.
