Dial-up Networking Add Connection

Clicking the New (Insert) button opens a field that allows you to enter the name of the connection.  This field ends in an ellipsis “...” that provides access to the Available Dial-up Connections dialog.  This dialog shows those connections that have not already been selected.  If there are no additional available connections, an appropriate message appears.
